Tips for Installation

1.  We highly recommend that the Instant Safety Flooring is securely attached to the floor to prevent the system from moving.

2.  Set the complete flooring system in place.  Slide grates over pegs of thresholds and connecting blocks.  Ensure that it is in proper position in relation to the equipment.

3.  Carefully remove grates without moving thresholds or connection blocks.

4.  Fasten the thresholds and connection blocks to the floor with the mechanical anchors provided. 

5.  Mark mounting holes and use a concrete drill and bit to drill the appropriate hole size.

6.  Install the anchors and replace the grates.
